David Gagne
General Manager




David serves as the General Manager for SJC Realty. He is a licensed real estate and mortgage sales agent in California and a member of the California and National Association of Realtors. He is responsible for business development, strategy and management of marketing and sales tools, brand management and public relations.

Previously, David served as President of ASF, LLC, a private investment firm specializing in pre-foreclosure property and distressed mortgage acquisitions. ASF, LLC acquired and sold real estate assets yielding high returns for investors. As a realtor at ReMax, David and his team members generated very high sales volume, ranking the team number 11 in the world wide sales, number 1 in the San Francisco East Bay region and garnering multiple ReMax awards.

David Gagne also brings 14 years of experience in project management, pre-sales, account management, art direction, sound design and production, web video editing and production and multimedia presentations. Much of his work was published on a daily basis on the web and in print media such as the Wall Street Journal for example. Mr. Gagne is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds a bachelor degree in English. He also received E-Commerce certification from Novell, Inc. Finally David garnered the following recognition awards: P & I Investment Education Award - Second Place award – postcard series for Fallon Clinic, Inc and Novell/CTP Client Excellence Award - Recognition for contribution to American Honda Motor Corp.
