Hubert is a licensed real estate sales agent in California. Previously, he was the senior partner for Alameda Financial, which focuses on acquisitions and management of distressed properties and mortgages. He purchased, sold over twenty discounted mortgages and properties after evaluated more than thousands of distressed properties through his due diligent check.

In addition to his operation and acquisition experience, he successfully raised millions dollars funds for various real estate projects during the past several years as a President in Yuan Holding, LLC, a private investment firm. He is also a licensed real estate and mortgage agent in California. Prior to Alameda Financial, he spent more than 7 years in Siebel Systems (NASDAQ: SEBL). As a founding team member of release team, he was responsible for Siebel 6 and 7 releases.

With his passion to create possibilities of fun, adventure and resourceful for himself and his communities, he also leads the Cash Flow 101 games hosted by Yesinvestor community and helps some of participates create breakthroughs in their life. Hubert holds a M.S. from Santa Clara University .
